Smiths Landing Apartments
Named after Bruce Smith, the legendary Virginia Tech football player, this project is located within walking distance of the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia. These 284 luxury apartments were constructed by Bruce Smith Development LLC in conjunction with Armada Hoffler Development Company for the students and faculty of this university. Ashburn Meadows
Within the master planned community of Ashburn Village sits a 336 unit garden style apartment community built by Clark Realty Builders. Buhl Electric was responsible for the electical of not only the units but also the club house and pool.
Sunchase at James Madison
Within walking distance of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia Clark Realty Builders built a 197 unit student housing community. These three and four story garden style apartments also feature a clubhouse and pool for their residents and are available as market rate apartments as well.
